This Cabernet Sauvignon is a combination of two blocks grown between 2,200 - 2,500 feet elevation on Pine Mountain. Each of these mountainside vineyards exhibit characteristics associated with high-elevation viticulture such as, cooler daytime and warmer nighttime temperatures, longer sunlight hours and cooling oceanic breezes - ideal for an elevated Cabernet Sauvignon of great character.
